Terms and Conditions

Commission - Refers to the payment given for a specified action completed by a customer known as a referral fee. The income the affiliate gets for generating a preferred action or sale to an advertiser's website.

CPA - "Cost Per Action" refers to the method that an affiliate can use in order to generate a specific action from a visitor to their platform.

Revenue Share - A percentage of the total amount of sales calculated based on internet traffic generated.

Email Marketing

All The Best Lottos Affiliates prohibits all affiliate partners from using email communications to target email lists. Any unauthorised email marketing will result in termination of this agreement and any unpaid fees will be voided.

SEO Traffic

All organic traffic is acceptable when delivering links to products and services associated with All The Best Lottos Affiliates.

Content Marketing (Banners)

Banners provided by us are acceptable to use on your affiliated websites. Banner content should not be deliberately advertised on websites that specifically target individuals under the age of 18.

Other channels

If other methods are to be explored they must first be approved and signed off by All The Best Lottos Affiliates before committing any action. Any action taken without explicit consent will be liable for the affiliate commission or CPA fees being voided. In the future, more channels may be explored and will be notified both in the terms and conditions and on our dedicated blog.

The term of this agreement will begin when you register at the provided link on our homepage and will remain until either agreeing party notifies the other via the proper channels that they wish to terminate the agreement. Termination may be accomplished by All The Best Lottos Affiliates for reasons that violate our terms of service, or without reason at any time by providing notice to either party.

For purposes of notification, email is considered a proper channel of communication for termination, as long as the party involved uses the original email address stated when first entering into the agreement.

If termination is by All The Best Lottos Affiliates and is not caused by violation of this agreement, you will be entitled to unpaid referral fees, if earned by you on the day of or prior to the date of termination.

If termination is initiated by you, or by All The Best Lottos Affiliates as a result of a violation of this agreement, you will not be entitled to unpaid referral fees.

Upon termination via either party, you must remove All The Best Lottos Affiliates banners from your Website and disable any link from your site to All The Best Lottos Affiliates associated products and services.

Upon termination of this agreement for any reason, you will cease all uses of any trade names, trademarks, service marks, logos and other designation of All The Best Lottos Affiliates associated brands.

Before or after termination of this agreement, All The Best Lottos Affiliates reserves the right to modify this agreement as necessary and without warning.

All The Best Lottos Affiliates will not be liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages (or any loss of revenue, profits or data) arising in connection with this agreement or the referral program, even if All The Best Lottos Affiliates has been advised of the possibility of such damages. Nothing in this agreement shall be construed to provide any rights, remedies or benefits to any person or entity not a party to this agreement.

All The Best Lottos Affiliates may in its sole discretion, with or without notice, use any available means to block or restrict certain players, sign-ups, deposits or play patterns to reduce the number of fraudulent, unprofitable transactions, chargebacks or for any reason, including but not limited to purchase limits, failing KYC verification or portraying suspicious activity. All The Best Lottos Affiliates does not guarantee or warrant the success of such fraud prevention efforts.

Modifications to the fee schedule are effective when made, notwithstanding failure to notify any person. If any change in the fee schedule is unacceptable to you, you may terminate this agreement by notifying All The Best Lottos Affiliates using the proper channels. Continued participation in the program following the change will constitute both party acceptance of the change.

Payment will be made monthly, within the final days of the month, and credited to your specified All The Best Lottos Affiliates Income Access account.

All The Best Lottos Affiliates may accrue to the financial equivalent of €500.

Referral fees will be based upon our good-faith calculation based on the referred player statistics available to All The Best Lottos Affiliates. We are not responsible for any fees not properly credited to you that All The Best Lottos Affiliates is unaware of due to associated computer errors or other, as yet, unknown issues. Activity reports will generally be available to view online and download by accessing the affiliate reporting site at https://allthebestlottosaffiliates.com

Cost Per Action (CPA) First Time Deposits (FTD) fees are credited to affiliates according to the amount the referral places in their dedicated account. Fees will be made starting at 30 when a player deposits 100+.

All The Best Lottos Affiliates will make reasonable efforts to have activity reports available at all times, however, there may be instances that it is unavailable during website maintenance, scheduled updates or server-based issues.

Once you become an affiliate, you will have access to all marketing material containing a unique affiliate code. When a potential customer links to All The Best Lottos Affiliates' website, they receive a cookie on their computer with your code. This code will generally stay on their computer for 30 days unless removed. If the customer leaves the site and returns while the cookie is active they will be recognized as your referral. If they register at one or more of All The Best Lottos Affiliates products and services during this time period, your customer's account will be tagged with your code. All The Best Lottos Affiliates is not responsible for any issues or data errors that may arise in tagging an account with your code but will endeavour to provide a reasonable level of support where possible to ensure you are properly embursed.

Deposit of payment or acceptance of payment transfer in writing will be deemed accepted as final settlement of all fees due for the month indicated unless you sent us notice of disagreement with the amount payable within twenty (20) days from the date payment is made. Failure to send such notice within the allotted deadline waives your right to contest any fees due for the relevant time period and any prior time period.

All The Best Lottos Affiliates institutes a policy of no negative carryover. Negative commissions generated in any given month will not be carried over into the following month. However, where lifetime net revenue exceeds lifetime deposits, commissions will be capped at €5,000 per player.

No affiliate will replace, obstruct, manipulate, impede, disrupt or otherwise modify web users online access, view or usage of, or other aspects of the web user online experience on any affiliates webpage in a manner that results in a different experience from that which was otherwise intended.

No affiliate will block, alter, direct or redirect, substitute, insert or include itself to, or otherwise intercept or interfere in any manner with any click-through or other traffic-based transaction that originated from an affiliate webpage (including without limitation any return visit to All The Best Lottos Affiliates associated services to which such click-through or other traffic reached or intended to reach) with the result of reducing compensation or other payment earned by or owing to an affiliate or increasing any payment obligation of All The Best Lottos Affiliates with respect to any individual transaction.

It is the responsibility of the Affiliate to ensure all marketing material is factually correct, current, that the marketing does not entice underage individuals to gamble, players are not encouraged to chase losses and that all promotional communication and/or material carry an age restriction warning.

All The Best Lottos Affiliates may modify any of the terms and conditions contained in this agreement, at any time and at its sole discretion, without warning. Modifications may include but are not limited to, changes in the referral fees, payment schedule or other rules. If any change in the agreement is unacceptable to you, you may terminate this agreement by notifying All The Best Lottos Affiliates through appropriate channels in writing. Continued participation in this program following our making a change will constitute binding acceptance of the change. It is advised to review modifications to our terms and conditions on a regular basis. The date and version of the terms and conditions will be displayed at the top of the dedicated webpage.

All advertising for All The Best Lottos Affiliates associated products and services regarding gambling must comply with the Curaçao eGaming Licence.

When promoting us, you must ensure that none of our products or services are being purposely targeting those under the age of 18. Advertising should not be invasive to users website experience, and content should remain accurate and current for all terms and purposes.

When advertising with us via website(s), all information must contain the age limit, a message of gaming responsibility and a link directing the user to a legitimate source for practising responsible gaming.
